Largest American Class Action

The United States Supreme Court has started to hear a class action lawsuit filed on behalf of one million female former and current employees of Wal-Mart.

The suit has been classified as the largest class action suit in American history.

The female employees allege gender bias, pay inequity and discrimination with respect to promotions.
