DISMISSAL WITHOUT CAUSE

I described dismissal with cause as where the employer has a really, really good reason.  Dismissal without cause is essentially where there are no serious issues that invalidate the employment relationship or contract. In other words, what the employee did was not that bad but makes it harder to continue with the employment relationship. In this scenario the employer may terminate for anything, excluding human rights issues.
